Our Wines

Our philosophy is to always seek to work hand in hand with nature, allowing the natural expression of the land and the grapes to shine through. We only work with our own single vineyards and bottle by parcels, to preserve the identity of the place and soils planted between altitudes of 1,040m and 1,095m. Our farming methods are fully sustainable with no use of harmful herbicides or pesticides, adopting organic practices and vegan friendly wines, with all grapes being handpicked.

Our first vintage was released in 2020, producing Malbec, Cabernet Franc, CabernetSauvignon and 3 different blends. Using different fermentation methods and ageing in new and used French barrels. In 2021 we expanded our production with new varietals like Petit Verdot and a made a Provencal style Rose, with Chardonnay and Syrah to follow.
